Create an MP Hall of Residence to centralise accommodation and living expenses
Centralise MP security and eliminate expensive accomodation and subsistence expenses by providing a Halls of Residence an Canteen for MPs to live in whilst visiting West Minster. Eliminating need and management of expense claims
Because SOME MPs are claiming outrageous expenses and a Halls of Residence would allow equalised control and management of the expense whilst also allowing centralised protection of MPs.
It would eliminate costs of expense management and avoid media investigations.
Should include self-catering accom too

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions must call for a specific action that the UK Government or House of Commons is responsible for.
The Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority (IPSA) is responsible for deciding on MPs' expenses and pay. IPSA is independent of both Parliament and Government.
You can find out how to contact IPSA here: http://www.theipsa.org.uk/about-us/contact-us/
We could accept a petition calling on the House of Commons to establish a halls of residence available to MPs, as this is something the House of Commons could do.
