Make illegal CFD’s as a cause of deception in trading forex education scams.
Make CFDs illegal / pressure on regulator.
Contracts for difference were banned in The US & Belgium after the government responded to the financial regulators. They represent a loophole for financial exploitation that is devastating the lives of everyday would be traders.
The regulator closes the gate after the horse has bolted. This needn’t be the case
We request laws allowing trading educators to duplicitously profit through students losses to be banned. Please put pressure on regulators to take a stronger stance against activity that takes this ‘run with the wind,’ approach to the financial extortion. The lives of the public must be protected and until the government is taking a stand then they themselves are complicit.
