The Government should protect rights to light for residential solar panels by:

Additional Information

1. Extending right to light legislation to include solar panels.
2. Adding caveats to 'Permitted Development' laws to protect solar panels.
3. Ensuring Party Wall Agreements don't affect rights to light of solar panels.

At present I believe the Government's 'GREEN' policies are contradictory They are not fit for purpose because different policies can work against its commitment to carbon emission reduction targets.
