Additional Information

Change the claimant count to reflect an inclusive count with sub sections like:
1. Inactive due to health, disability conditions
2. Inactive due to short bout health issues (i.e. claiming statutory sick pay, in hospital, Maternity / Paternity from work
3. Inactive retired claiming Pension, pension credit
5. Children under school age
6. Under 21’s not in training, education, inactive
7. Children in education
8. Inactive in Higher education, University
9. Inactive claiming contribution JSA
10. Inactive claiming income based JSA
11. Inactive claiming asylum
12. UK inactive NI numbers not including workers abroad
13. Inactive homeless
14. Inactive claiming caring for children, relatives, spouses or friends
15. Inactive bringing up children claiming child allowance
16. Inactive bringing up children claiming benefits to support living
17. Inactive: detained, custardy, prison, restricted movement, in hostels
