Restaurants to put more information about allergens on the main menu
Compel all establishments serving food to provide allergen information, in the form of standardised symbols representing the fourteen major allergens to be printed by each dish on the menu.
A breakdown of each dish with the full ingredient list of each component to be listed in the allergy matrix
