Tell Holiday companies to allow people a refund for a Amber destination holiday
Give people the choice to request a refund to an Amber destination holiday they booked before covid restrictions ever began
Most people can't go on holiday to an Amber destination and isolate for 10 days on return

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Arrangements for refunding, changing or rebooking travel are a civil matter between individual travellers and holiday operators, not the Government or Parliament.
We could accept a petition calling on the Government to create a fund to reimburse money lost due to Covid-19 travel cancellations, if that's something you would like to happen.
