Maintain Red List rules for Champions League Final
It is disrespectful to victims of COVID to place the public at greater risk because of a football match. If the game goes ahead in Turkey the Red List rules must be strictly applied (to tams, officials and supporters).
To protect the public and avoid one rule for the rich and another for the poor
