Prevent re-entry to the country of non-english existing benefit claimants

Its difficult to believe that they can afford to but foreign benefit claimants often travel back to their home country or take holidays. When they attempt to re-enter the UK why on earth would you let them in knowing they will just continue to be a burden to the hard working people in the UK. Detain them at the airport/port and send them back at their own expense. This would save taxpayers money and free up housing.
