Additional Information

We call upon the government, after due consultation with the appropriate organisations, to introduce into law a statute defining the maximum safe caseload for social workers in both child and adult social services departments. Further we call on the Government to make it illegal for local authorities to allow social workers to exceed the legal safe caseload
