Women with endometriosis to be able to claim disability benefits.
For women who have been diagnosed with endometriosis to be able to claim disability benefits.
1 in 10 women suffer from endometriosis and have lost their jobs due to this chronic disease and without a cure many women will loose their jobs.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Disability benefits are paid to people who have a health condition or disability which mean you are unable to work or causes difficulties with daily living or getting around. These benefits are paid based on the difficulties causes by a health condition or disability, but there are not particular conditions which result in disability benefits being paid.
