Amend Data Protection Act 1989 herein known as Steve's Law
AIM: To create [or add] a new section of legislation within current Data Protection Act 1989 and subsequent amendments
OBJECTIVE: To provide accredited persons and or appointed SIA licenced professional investigators or British Standards 7858:2012 [plus subsequent updates] Security Screening Personnel who are ICO registered the ability to verify any individuals educational & training qualifications that would be held by any and all educational providers and or their associated awarding bodies.
LEGAL ARGUMENT
By openly presenting information this will reduce criminality such as fraud, forgery, deception, gaining employment by deception.
LEGAL OBJECTION
Offenders guilty of offences under Section 55 of the Data Protection Act 1989 should contain a public register so objection is minimised and enforcing legal argument.
CONCLUSION
Educational results should be of public interest Technology allows forgery within minutes... no safeguards in place.
