Allow UK citizens to participate referendums regarding Independence,

Petition Details

Allow all voters in the United Kingdom to participate in any Independence Referendum regarding Scotland, England, Wales or Northern Ireland.

Additional Information

If for instance Wales had an Independence Referendum only open to Welsh voters, and they voted to leave the United Kingdom, the result would also affect citizens in the other UK countries. It would have an affect on trade, travel, leisure that makes a difference to the whole of the United Kingdom/
