Reform the curriculum and remove Religious Education
The Government should reform the current curriculum to reflect the progression of the UK and this should be to remove the subject of Religious Education at both primary and secondary school levels. A potential replacement could be Financial studys/Money matters to provide valuable education.
The subject of Religious Education is based on fictional theorys and fictional books and provides no valuable Education for future generations. We need to focus on educating our youth on facts based of credible evidence along with skills and knowledge that will guide them through life. A possible replacement subject could be financial studys, leaning life long values of how to manage money, this potentially reliveing one of the pressures of adult life. Religious Education could be taken as an extra curricular study.
