Seek the Crown's ascent to add "Royal" to the abbreviation NHS. Hence.. RNHS.
Parliament could take a vote and then approach HM Queen.
I'm sure there is a process in place for this sort of thing.
Parliament would be the most appropriate body to make this request.
As a tribute to the monumental courage, sacrifice, effort and resilience performed by the organisation and its staff during the recent pandemic.
