Ensure english students are charged same rates as scottish students in Scotland

Additional Information

I believe it is unfair that english students should have to pay up to 36,000 pounds for a degree in scotland whilst scottish students and european students pay nothing. I believe english students should be protected in the way as other students from across europe.
