Improve The DVLA Services
The reply issues and returning of applications is very poor and needs updating also being able to see your applications progress though out the process would reduce mistakes and would reduce the need for people to phone ( not that anyone answers)
The lack of information once you have sent in your application for any Driving License issue is extremely poor and the wait to get any answer is far to long at the time of writing this I've been waiting 5 weeks to have my license reinstated. You cannot get the answers you need on line and cant perform all the things on the web site they don't answer the phone and goes straight to an answer service which then cuts you off.
