Ask the Queen to submit a “Code for Royal Persons” for Parliamentary approval.
It is Parliament's job to hold the Monarchy to account. Binding and transparent standards are required to enable this. Only those royals who agree to the Code ("Royal Persons") and their minor children should be entitled to hold royal titles or be in the line of succession or receive our money.
A Code detailing reporting lines, duties, restrictions, training and the consequences of breach or opting out is common in well-managed organisations and will benefit our Monarchy by delivering:
(a) Clear accountability;
(b) Less suspicion of prejudice in decision making;
(c) Less scope for confusion on eg respect for our Monarchy and the people of the UK and Commonwealth, treatment of staff, merchandising, confidentiality, conflict of interest; and
(d) Fewer breaches which diminish us all.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
This would be a matter for the Royal Family, not the UK Government or Parliament.
