This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Petitions must call for a specific action that the UK Government or House of Commons is responsible for.

Decisions about local police operations are a matter for individual police forces, not the Government or House of Commons. As a result it is not possible for the Government or House of Commons to take the action you have requested.

If you are concerned about policing in your area you should contact your local police force or Police and Crime Commissioner about this.

You can find the police force responsible for your area here: www.police.uk/

And you can find your Police and Crime Commissioner here: www.apccs.police.uk/find-your-pcc/
