Petition Details

The gender pay gap is a big, and unnecessary, issue

In the interest of consistency, equality and fairness making it mandatory to enumerate salary and benefits on any job advertisement

Additional Information

It will stop applicants time being wasted on applying for a job for less money and may stop companies from treating new hires differently.
