Make it a legal right for workers to be able to work remotely if its possible.
Create a .Gov application for employees to work from home
Create an assessment criteria that both Employees and employers deem fair including how well the company coped with remote working during COVID 19, Create an independent assessor body that can approve or reject the applications
COVID 19 changed how people work, Studies have shown the majority of the workforce do not wish to return to full time in office working. Working from home promotes environmental advantages, a better work life balance and higher levels of productivity. This working revolution should not now be decided by the lottery of an individual companies CEO or working culture, this deserves a national democratic response.
