Petition to make JobCentre have a FREE landline and OPEN LONGER over Xmas

I think that it is unfair that Jobseekers have to shell out on an 0845 number to make calls about their benefits to Work and Pensions, a lot of people do not know about saynoto0845.com and often the numbers on here are incorrect!

Also the Jobcentre and other Government bodies are closed for 6 days over christmas when most Retailers and other individuals work up to Christmas day and start again Boxing Day!

I think it should be a fairer system and I know other people feel this way
