Re write Child maintenance laws
No access to child/children then no pay
All calculations should be worked out after tax and insurance otherwise you pay 20% tax and child maintenance all off your top line
There are thousands of parents with no access for one reason or another to their child / children as the other parents stops access etc
No access means no payment to that parent and this would stop a lot of this between parents and CSA.
If the other parent moves away and re married then they have more income than the single parent with no access and still paying full price through CSA who are working on laws wrote decades ago
