Petition Action

Unfair Charges in social care disabled people forced to pay out when they cannot define structure or personalise their own care in their own lives

Additional Information

I think it is so very wrong that a lot of disabled people and other vunerable groups are undermined by social workers who come across as knowing it so much better than clients when in reality they can be taking non disabled peoples decisions they make in everyday life as unreasonable for disabled people for example showering how long it takes how someone has it done for them having to shop online when they may not want to do so but go outside to do it I want to see more much personalastion less charges and the true cost of money publicly disclosed paid to those who calculate these shocking charges where I believe savings of money and for the disabled and vunerable in our soceity their own privacy are properly safeguarded.
