Ban sales of plastic coat hangers with clothes.
Enforce companies to re use plastic coat hangers and not sell them with clothes. If clothes are sold on hangers they should be charged same as bags.
They have the same effect as plastic bags, people take them home and bin them as they have coat hangers at home. They all end in land full. Clothes producers should keep them in store and re hang new clothes on them.
