CHANGE CSA POLICY - Payment calculations Net not Gross.
The Government needs to change the way CSA payments are calculated. (It really needs to be Means-Tested on an individual basis).
The CSA should calculate payments based on NET Salary - Not Gross. Give us a chance to have a life! CSA's policy is stopping me seeing my son due lack of funds.
Because it is basic human rights and Fairness. How can you justify sending someone to Prison when they cannot pay If you havent assessed weather they can actually afford the payments? It is a blind policy of ignorance and is unjust and unfair. It is out-dated and its time it changed.
