Speed check and camera in belper
Larger speed humps and speed check camera this would save cats lives
Last year my elderly cat poppy was killed by joy riders . Since then that number has gone up mainly for black cats . I think we need better traffic calming measures a speed check camera would help save cats lives and the owners minds
