Remove right of teachers to confiscate phones and view their content

Petition Details

Current statutory guidance for teachers and schools should be changed to stop students’ electronic devices, including phones, being confiscated and their contents searched and viewed. Phones are students’ property that teachers shouldn’t take or look through.
