Pete and bas to represent UK and Eurovision 2022
I think the petition speaks for itself. Pete and bas are cultural icons. Also enlist fumes the engineer to DJ for Pete and Bas
They want to control everything else so why no get Pete n Bas to Eurovision

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Decisions about the UK's participation in the Eurovision Song Contest are a matter for the BBC, not the Government or House of Commons.
The BBC is an independent body governed by a Royal Charter. Under the terms of that Charter, the BBC is operationally and editorially independent of government and there is no provision for the Government to intervene in the BBC’s day-to-day operations.
This means the Government is not responsible for decisions relating to the Eurovision Song Contest.
