The UK should leave Eurovision.
Regardless of what our entry is the UK receives no/ little to no votes. We should stop entering and letting people disrespect our talented acts. They deserve respect and for a contest that judges on singing and song writing as opposed to looks and politics .
To stop entering the Eurovision song contest!

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Decisions about the UK's participation in the Eurovision Song Contest is a matter for the BBC, not the Government or House of Commons.
The BBC is an independent body governed by a Royal Charter. Under the terms of that Charter, the BBC is operationally and editorially independent of government and there is no provision for the Government to intervene in the BBC’s day-to-day operations.
This means the Government is not responsible for decisions relating to the Eurovision Song Contest.
