We want an independent look at the whole issue regarding the Need for A Bridgwater By-Pass to ease the soon to be Associated Traffic Chaos with the Proposed Hinkley C New Nuclear Station, 10 year Construction Period, with an additional 25.000 workers travelling into the District, daily. With an additional 1050 located in Accom Block Campasses on A39 Bath Rd.
