Referendum on 1st draft of Haass Proposals
A petition for a referendum in Northern Ireland on the first draft of the Haass proposals due to the lack of agreement and understanding between the elected representatives in Northern Ireland. The people will be able to decide for themselves if the proposals are fair and just. The proposals which the public do not believe are fair and just, can be discussed among the politicians who are meant to be representing the majority!
