allowance for under 18's to serve alcohol

Additional Information

Although I fully understand the reasoning in not selling alcohol to under 18's, I believe it to be unnecessary that they should not be allowed to serve alcohol as part of their career. These restrictions create difficulty to young people looking for work which leads to them becoming inexperienced (problematic for their future).
Reversal of this law will create more opportunities for young people so that are less likely to be taken advantage of.
