Stop School Children being punished as a group for the actions of individuals.
Make it a mandatory teaching practice to deal with badly behaved pupils as individuals and not punish the whole class or group for the bad behaviour of one or two pupils.
It affects children’s positive behaviour and makes them feel a failure. It is a completely unfair system that would not exist anywhere else - being punished for someone else’s bad behaviour is unacceptable and ludicrous.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. This would be a decision for individual schools' behaviour policies.
We could accept a petition calling for collective punishments to be made illegal.
