Petition Action

Men diagnosed with testicular cancer have hormones tested before orchidectomy

Petition Details

Currently most men diagnosed with testicular cancer have the orchidectomy ( removal of testicle) with no hormone levels checked before. It’s been proven that 2 out of 5 men’s testosterone never recovers after. Having a base line to work from will greatly increase their chances of treatment after

Additional Information

Instruct urologists in the NHS to check hormones before the removal of testicle when a man is diagnosed with testicular cancer
