Run a UK awareness Campaign on the damage fly tipping does to our environment
Actions: Run a UK awareness Campaign against fly tipping. Make penalties tougher & financially resource the Environmental Agency & Councils to be able to catch fly tippers.
Incentivise business to offer new for old delivery & take away schemes for bulky goods.
There are over a million fly tipping incidents every year, costing the UK over £100m to clear, these fly tips damage the environment & blight local communities .There is no co-ordinated national campaign to change attitudes to fly tipping & make it a social stigma.Penalties & enforcement are too weak.
The culture of the minority that fly tip needs to be changed through education & enforcement ,led & funded by Government across the U.K.
