The cost of your rent payment should be part of a credit reference check .
Include the cost of rent payments to a credit reference agency.
While rent payments are always unicluded in credit reference checks, this needs to change, as rent is always more than a mortgage monthly payment. So it should be be included in an credit agency check. This would help the housing market also.
