Urgently Bring forward the Public Inquiry into the handling of Covid-19 crisis
The Government to bring forward the Public Inquiry to confirm the decisions made around preventing the spread of coronavirus and protection of the UK population, if there was an existing pandemic plan & how this was balanced with the level of health care services available and effects on the economy
Urgently bring forward Public Inquiry into the decisions made, the ratification & justification of the decisions made including for the elderly & vulnerable in Care Homes, demonstrating where a mandate from the people was used around the decision making & actions taken. There needs to be accountability for the decisions made & the outcomes. If the Inquiry find failure & dereliction of duty resulting in avoidable loss of life or tampering/withholding evidence & documents prosecution must follow
