Extra year driving theory test passed between march 2020 and end of 2021
due to the lock downs and the backlog in tests the waiting times are months and moths making it almost in possible to book a test.
the government to give anyone who passed the theory from march 2020 untill then end of 2021 an extra year to get there test completed
