Establish an organisation to recover GBP9000 from everybody who ever obtained a degree from a UK university
And is still alive and being paid GBP25000 or more a year. The payment must NOT be able to be charged against income tax liability and MPs must NOT be able to use their tax free allowances and expenses scam to pay it. If a degree is worth GBP9000 today, it is certainly worth recovering that amount from people (doctors, lawyers, politicians, senior police officers etc etc - the list is endless) who have benefitted HUGELY through their careers from having a free degree level education.
