Free parking for NHS workers and students
Keep the free parking scheme for NHS workers in council car parks in place. However this should be extended for students in courses allied to medicine.
The government’s plan to scrap free emergency parking for NHS workers is unacceptable.
The current scheme shows that the government has the power to give NHS workers and students in courses allied to medicine the free parking they so need. Now it’s time to make this scheme permanent
