Give university students one additional year of university funding.
We would like the government to provide students with an additional year of funding through Student Finance to assist in completing their education. This would include students who have used their final year of funding during the pandemic.
The pandemic has caused a large majority of students to drop out or have difficulties in their education. An additional year of funding would allow us to get back on track. Especially for student who may have used their final year and have major issues such as losing valuable industry experience and employment support.
