None of the above in Elections
There should be a "None of the Above" choice in all election ballot papers.
There are people who feel increasingly disconnected with the democratic process. I suggest the following changes.
1/ Everyone should have to exercise their vote in some way
2/ There is a "None of the Above" on all ballots.
This would serve......
- to accurately reflect voter apathy and demonstrate just how little of the country is required to vote in a Government under the current system.
- to make parties on all sides work harder to secure the "None of the Above" voters.
