dogs rescued by police in hot cars must be taken to emergency vets for check up
when a police officer rescues a distressed dog from a hot vehicle, make it a legal requirement to take the dog to an emergency vet for a full check up on every occassion, no exceptions. owner to pay vet bill in full.
the animal’s health must be assessed after such a dangerous situation. vet fees to serve as financial deterrant.
