Teach CPR and basic first aid as part of the school cirriculum.
Introduce CPR and basic first aid into school cirriculum. At least for senior school aged children.
CPR and basic first aid is a life skill that should be taught from a young age.
Having the knowledge or an idea of what to do in an emergency could mean the difference for someone between life and death.
According to https://www.statista.com/statistics/281174/uk-population-by-age/
In 2019 there were approximately 7.61million children aged between 10 and 19. If half of these were taught first aid it would make a huge difference.
