Ban shelves lower than groin-height in all retail outlets.
Bottom shelves in retail outlets are horrible, and furthermore, they can be dangerous if somebody places a basket behind you when you are kneeling down.
As a consumer, I want less choice and availability of items, and I want these items to be at a height where I can slide them straight from the shelf and into my trolley.
It may take 7 hours to get round a tesco express looking for a loaf of bread and a tin of baked beans, but it's a price we should all be willing to pay.
