Minimum and maximum sentences for drug-related offences to be reduced.
Reduce the minimum and maximum sentence for drug dealers as it isn’t a realistic sentence especially when it is compared to the cases of rapists, child molesters, sexual groomers etc.
What I want the government to do is re-assess the sentencing for drug dealers and/or any drug related crimes as well as re-assessing the sentencing for rapids, child molesters, groomers etc.
The whole purpose of this petition is to get drug sentencing lowered and sexual abuse sentencing raised.
