child maintenance payments after tax and National Insurance deducted from salary
Bring in with immediate effect, child maintenance payments are after Tax and National instance are deducted from the fathers pay as the Child maintenance service works out payments with tax and National Insurance as part of salary/take home pay.
There is a lot of fathers who are struggling every month to make ends meet after child maintenance payments are taken, in most cases it is to much money when these fathers have bills, mortgages etc to pay for, do this after tax and NI has been deducted.
