Make it a legal requirement for mobile speed cameras to let motorists know of their presence in advance, in the same way as static cameras.

Additional Information

I believe these cameras are preying on motorists honest mistakes, as many of these mobile cameras hide from view where possible or park at the bottom of hills where it’s easier to pick up speed, etc
