I want change for mams and dad's thats been stopped from seeing their kids
I think it should be made so that mams/dad's that have been told they can't see their kids by the other parent for no reason at all should be stopped and have consequences, I'd also like to say that I think if you are paying for your kids then you should get to see them unless theirs good reasons
I would like this because personally I am going through it and I love my kids so much and I know they love me, their is plenty of people out their in the same shoes as me and some arnt as strong mentally and they give up and sometimes on life too. This is wrong and leaves the one parent powerless and hurt while the other sits telling his/her kids how they are this and that making them look bad because they can't do anything and the government thinks this is fine...its time for change in my eyes!

We understand you're concerned about separated parents' rights to see their children, however it is already illegal for one parent to refuse to allow the other parent to have contact with their child or children, unless continued access is deemed to be of detriment to the child's welfare.
