Allow parents to attend their children’s school sports days
Allow our children the opportunity to have their parents/guardians attend their school grounds to witness their hard work and sporting achievements this year.
Some schools are currently asking that only one parent/guardian attends sports day and some are excluding parents altogether due to covid-19
Our children are currently witnessing various international sporting events on the television, taking place with thousands of spectators in view while at the same time learning they are unable to have either/both of their own parents/guardians join them on their school grounds where their parents enter daily anyway to stay for an additional hour or two to watch their annual sports days.
This is so confusing and teaching our children nothing but double standards and hypocrisy.
